We are looking to complement our team with a Inventory Coordinator, part of the Nordic Revenue Management Centre, responsible for day-to-day maintenance of rates & inventory across all distribution channels. The application of rate & inventory parity increases the chance to maximize revenues. Attention to detail and focus on providing qualitative service, are fundamental in this role.
The Nordic Revenue Management Centre includes managed, leased and franchised hotels from brands like Radisson Blu and Park Inn by Radisson representing 32 hotels in total in the Nordic area. The team consists of Revenue Managers and a Support Team of Data Analysts and Inventory Coordinators.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure rate & inventory parity for all room types and on all distribution channels
• Load & extend rate codes for corporate, leisure and group contracts on request
• Work closely with the Cluster Revenue Manager, the Central Reservation Office and the hotel operational teams
• Set and maintain allotment rooms in the Central Reservation System
• Monitor the group pick up within a period of plus three months
• Enhance the basic revenue management by following up on overbooking situations and point out yielding opportunities to the Cluster Revenue Manager
• Quality assurance of data input in the properties’ PMS
• Bi-yearly audits on rate code details

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate understanding of basic Revenue Management principles
• 1-3 years direct experience of hotel reservations either in rooms or meeting & events
• Very numerate with good Excel skills
• Existing work permit valid for Sweden
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Great communication skills and team-oriented approach
• Work experience on a channel manager or any online distribution channel is a plus
• Desirable to be experienced in Micros Opera
