Bartender

We are looking for people who want to be part of our TAK bar team.

From the top 14 floors above Brunkebergstorg with a focus on cocktails with Nordic & Japanese flavours, world-class music & art and food from our Izakaya. All this to be able to create Stockholm’s best atmosphere and atmosphere all year round. When the summer season shows its beautiful face, we open the windows and invest in lighter cocktails that make you want to stay longer and enjoy the sun and Stockholm. Beautiful autumn and sparkling winter evenings we move in and pick up the pace of both music and art with various exhibitions and openings, the drinks become a little warmer and fuller to more easily keep warm in both mood and body.

Restaurants and bars on two levels that focus on Swedish & Nordic ingredients with techniques & flavours from Japan.

The main responsibilities are:
• You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests.
• Work mainly evenings and weekends
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• You will be responsible for the preparation and serving of drinks and cocktails according to our standards

Background and personal characteristics:
You are an organised team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and delivering exceptional service.

In addition:
• You have at least 1 year experience as a bartender
• Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
• Out-going personality who has an easy way of communicating with guests. Ability to charm and up-sell to guests.
• Structure and good organisational skills
• High professional ethics
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
• Able to communicate verbally in Swedish or English, additional languages is a plus

We are looking for Full-time/hourly contracts and seasonal.
