Meeting & Event Supervisor
Our events team consists of a core group of seven ambassadors who work together to plan and execute exceptional events. In addition to our core team, we often collaborate with a variety of extra staff. Our projects involve multiple departments. The team is dedicated to creating memorable events that are not only successful but are also enjoyable for all involved. We pride ourselves in our ability to think creatively and outside of the box. We’re always striving to exceed expectations and make each event an unforgettable experience.
In the position you will be based in our vibrant and elegant event space Social which is a 2800 sqm with 14 different event rooms with flexible space where we host daily all kinds of events from day conferences, to cocktail mingles, seated dinners, fairs and concerts. In Social we have spaces with which we can meet any type of request, provide any type of service & fit to any type of crowd and we do this with an “can do attitude”. Our service is personalized, welcoming, meeting all expectations by being prepared, one step ahead but also ready for the unexpected. Working hours can vary between day/evening and any day of the week.

The Role and Our Philosophy
We’re now looking to expand the team and therefore looking for a Meeting & Event Supervisor. As Supervisor in this department you’re responsible for the team during day-to-day operations, making sure that routines are followed and supporting the team when the department manager isn’t available. It’s an operational role but administrative tasks may occur such as plan logistics and order office supplies. You’ll on a daily basis quality-assure the event premises and be sure to report any deficiencies, be there for our clients to meet their needs and train new ambassadors and interns as well as supervise the staff during our biggest events. To succeed in the role it’s important to always lead by example and to be a role model for all our ambassadors, in all our departments!
You’ll rapport to our Meetings and Events Manager. Working hours can vary between day and evening and any days of the week- so flexibility is a must!

And what about you?
We see that you have at least 2 years of experience from a similar position and have a lot of knowledge of the food & beverage industry. Working with service is a big part of your background. If you’ve worked with events within the hospitality industry, it’s a plus. If you haven’t worked within the premium segment, you understand the importance of quality and superb service. You’re fluent in Swedish and English.
We believe you have a positive attitude, flexible mindset and good organizational skills. You’re outgoing and social. You always spread energy and enthusiasm around you!
