Revenue Manager

Nordic Choice Hotels (NCH) is by far the most innovative and offensive hotel company in the Nordics, looking to grow at an accelerating pace every year.  We are currently looking for experienced Revenue Managers to join our growing revenue-teams in Sweden.

As a Revenue Manager in Nordic Choice you will oversee a portfolio of hotels, ensuring we optimize our revenue streams and gain market share. This entails the day to day revenue management of your hotels, such as yielding, forecasting and evaluating group requests but even communicating with strategic like sales or marketing. You’re also a key player in mapping out the hotel’s strategic direction, working closely with the GM’s, but reporting to the Senior Profit Manager you will be based either in our office in Malmö, Gothenburg or Stockholm.

We are looking for hands-on and competent revenue managers with a keen eye for detail. You will be working closely with corporate and leisure sales on a daily basis, and need to be adept at getting your message across with people from all walks of the hospitality industry. As the main responsible person for the hotel’s forecast you need to be able to spot patterns in large amounts of data, and be able to adjust and adapt your strategies to an ever changing business-environment.

What we expect from you;

• Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably hotel.
• A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, hospitality management or other relevant field. (Extensive experience can make up for a lock of formal education)
