Are you up for leading the commercial performance of Northern Europe’s most award-winning and iconic properties, like The Thief, Villa Copenhagen, At Six, Sommerro, Amerikalinjen, Yasuragi, and Copperhill Mountain Lodge?

As Vice President of Commercial Performance, you manage several teams within eCommerce, Distribution/Channel Manager, Total Profit Management, and central sales, supporting the hotels. Your responsibilities involve developing and managing commercial strategies and optimizing digital sales in our channels and operational field sales.

Key Responsibilities Include
• Setting and leading Nordic Hotels & Resorts commercial strategy and ensuring the reach of the set growth goals.
vDistribution/Channel Management strategy and implementation (GDS, OTA, etc).
• Developing sales strategies, including price optimization.
• Providing strategic direction to the commercial teams and individual hotels.
• Coaching, supporting, and leading a team of 4-6 senior managers in the Commercial Performance Management Team.
• Take ownership of the sales forecast and report progress to the owner, executive team and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in corporate projects and steering committees and be the commercial linchpin between Nordic Hotels & Resorts and Strawberry.
• Stakeholder to our partners Leading Hotels of the World, Preferred Hotels, and Design Hotels.

What You Bring to the Party
• 5+ years of experience in hospitality and/or lifestyle brand(s).
• 5+ years experience in revenue optimization, channel management, and sales.
• Proven track record in driving e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Leadership in digital space and strong knowledge of digital platforms.
• Strong leader with flexibility and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service-focused and solution-oriented.
• Strategic, forward-thinking, and anticipation of key market trends.
• Strong and proactive communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• The position is located at our office in Oslo or Stockholm. You will be part of the Nordic management group for Nordic Hotels & • Resorts and report directly to the COO, Henrik Berghult.
