Waiter – Summer Season

We are looking for people with a big passion for food, wine and service
Currently we are recruiting for summer waiters to work in our terrace restaurant & bar Blanche & Hierta.

The position is hourly paid and we are looking for people who can commit for most of the summer season (May to September).

Food & beverage is a big part of the At Six experience and we are looking for candidates with a genuine, warm personality and a passion for very attentive service. You will be involved in serving an exciting food menu alongside a unique beverage list. You will also play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring we exceed guest´s expectations at all times.

Working hours and days off will vary from week to week.

Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,
• You have experience working in similar position where you took care of a busy station during service by taking orders, performing beverage service , taking payments, serving food and all other service related tasks.
• Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
• Out-going personality who has an easy way communicating with guests. Ability to charm and up-sell to guests.
• Structure and good organizational skills
• Good barista skills
• Good food, wine and beer knowledge
• High professional ethics
• Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
• Able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English, additional languages is a plus
